Hassan is a serial entrepreneur who built several successful startups in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Leveraging his experiences and expertise in cutting-edge and emerging technology, business operations and intellectual property to create a diverse portfolio of companies. With a passion for utilizing technology to create impact. He earned Masters of Science in Information Network and Computer Security form New York Institute of Technology.
Previously Senior VP of Nokia Networks for Europe and Chairman of Nokia Siemens Networks (MENA). Dr. Walid has a wide range of experience with technology companies that include Dell, Hewlett Packard and Xerox.
Karim has over 15 years of experience in strategy, supply chain and technology. He previously worked for McKinsey, Deloitte and West Monroe Partners to define and implement major strategic, operational and technology transformations for organizations across industries in Middle East, Europe and North America.
As Chief Investment Officer of Lyve, Nader leads all M&A, investments, and corporate development activities with a focus on expanding Lyve’s footprint across markets and diversifying its product offering. With a track record of leading major growth initiatives, Nader’s mission is to seek out healthy partnerships and identify strong synergies for long-term growth. In his role as Head of Product and Business Development at Hub71, Nader led the efforts to develop a robust and growing tech ecosystem in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. As head of Business at Uber for Middle East and North Africa, Nader led Uber’s business development and commercial efforts to ensure growth across the MENA region. Prior to his role at Uber, Nader was the Director of M&A and Franchising for the UAE company Aramex. Driving the company’s corporate development strategy and global expansion efforts, Nader led large projects to help the company expand into new markets through acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and franchising.
Shobhit is a leader with over 23 years of experience and has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding commercial venues. Starting at HSBC Bank in London, he also completed the PGCM curriculum at the University of Lincolnshire and MBA programs at the University of London prior to that. Formerly Vice President Business Development at LogiNext, he has led the global sales and pre-sales team, significantly contributing to global revenue. His unwavering commitment to steering forward organizations and large enterprises in FMCG, Retail, QSR, E-Commerce, transportation, and courier companies, is evident as a global sales leader, successfully navigating markets in North America, EMEA, the GCC, and APAC, showcasing his strategic acumen.
Krystel has over 15 years of experience in the marketing spectrum – particularly in brand marketing. She has worked in different industries and has extensive experience in Consumer Electronics where she led the marketing department in global brands such as Huawei and Samsung. Deeply passionate about branding, she enjoys creating the most unique and innovative tools and strategies.
Greg Hucker is a technology entrepreneur and digital e-commerce specialist with over 22 years of experience IT and Operations. He has led e-commerce start-ups, developed and delivered complex software projects and implemented operational technology strategies within multi-national companies spanning Australia, Middle East, Asia, Philippines and Africa. With 15 years GCC technology experience, he has honed his skills across a range of industries, including logistics, travel, telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, fashion, beauty and construction.
Greg was previously the Chief Technology Officer for Fetchr and had co-founded and been an advisor to several e-commerce businesses with global exits and IPO’s.
Mahdi Shehimy has more than 17 years of experience in human resources, both operational and strategic. His career in UAE includes key human resources roles with Majid Al Futtaim Retail – Carrefour and Shopping Malls on a regional level overlooking the Human Resources Operations in UAE, Oman, and Bahrain. In his executive role with Aramex International as Global HR Director, Mahdi was responsible for overlooking the global network in 52 countries and contributed to transformation at Aramex. At Lyve Global Technology, Mahdi looks after the digital transformation of HR with a Tech Company.
On top of career, Mahdi has been involved in HR Tech since 2018 consulting and supporting tech companies bridge the gap between Technology and HR space.
Mahdi holds two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems from American University of Science and Technology in Beirut. Mahdi is a certified Chief Happiness Officer by UAE Prime Minister’s Office and Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and a certified Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP by RSCI.
