Which countries do you operate in?

Lyve currently operates in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, and coming soon to Egypt, Pakistan, India, and the United States.

Do you have API plugins available for Shopify, Magento, and Woo Commerce?

At the moment, there are no ready-made plugins available. The integration process will have to be done on a case by case basis.

Can I get real-time status updates?

Yes. These are available in your Lyve dashboard.

Can you do a late pickup from our warehouse?

Yes, depending on the monthly order volume.

If we have a requirement outside of your SOP, can you support it?

Yes. We offer customized, cutting- edge logistics solutions based on your requirement.

Where in the UAE can you deliver?

Our delivery zones cover the city limits of Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

Do you support all Emirates?

Our dedicated service covers all Emirates. Our on-demand services covers Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

What is the size of your available fleet?

Lyve has a fleet of 3000 riders, and counting.

What is the maximum delivery radius?

For partners with more than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 15 km. For partners with less than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 10 km.

Can you manage clubbed orders?

Yes. Any orders within 100 meters would be considered as clubbed orders.

Can we have a branded fleet?

Yes. Our dedicated service and hybrid models offer the option for a branded fleet.

Can we track and trace our orders and riders?

Yes. Our advanced technology platform integrates with all systems and riders on the go.

What are the SLAs from pick-up to delivery?

We offer a maximum 35 minutes from pick up to delivery point.

What types of vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes bikes, cars, and vans.

Can you manage scheduled deliveries for groceries?

Yes. Our platform offers scheduled, instant, and next day deliveries.
