Which countries do you operate in?

Lyve currently operates in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, and coming soon to Egypt, Pakistan, India, and the United States.

Do Lyve solutions integrate with my existing apps and services?

Yes. All Lyve technology solutions allow for seamless inward and outward integration.

What languages do Lyve solutions come in?

Lyve is localized in all the markets it operates in. The solutions are multi-lingual English, Arabic, French, and more.

If we have requirements outside of your SOP, can you support it?

What happened to One Click Delivery?

As we grew our presence and portfolio of technologies, Lyve evolved from One Click Delivery Services to offer solutions that go Beyond Delivery.

What is Lyve Order?

Lyve Order is a fully integrated with payment, POS, and 3PL integrations and fully loaded with all eCommerce features. You can simply add this to your social media handles, your website, your campaigns, messaging, and emails and start getting orders.

While you save on the per-order commissions, Lyve Order provides you with ample marketing support options to help you scale up and increase your profits. You can source orders from anywhere on the web – absolutely commissions-free.

How can Lyve help me online?

The current market is heavily dependent on a commission-based and discount-led transactions that compromise brand value. The only long-term solution is an online ordering partner that does not eat into a brand’s data or profits. Lyve offers you three major benefits:

Are there hidden fees?

Lyve Order is straightforward, and there are no other commissions or hidden charges. The payment and 3PL charges will be communicated to you beforehand depending upon your region and choice of partner.

Will Lyve Order work with my existing site?

Lyve Order is the ideal conversion tool for your website. To minimize the drop-off rate, the Lyve widget appears as a pop-up on the right side of your website. The easy 2-page customer journey is not just short but also convenient.

Can I migrate my existing customer and loyalty data?

Yes. Your customer loyalty data can be migrated to the Lyve Order backend so that your customers do not lose out in this transition. You can share the data with our team after onboarding, and they will add it to the backend.

Can you manage scheduled deliveries for groceries?

Yes. Our platform offers scheduled, instant, and next day deliveries.

Can you manage clubbed orders?

Yes. Any orders within 100 meters would be considered as clubbed orders.

What is the maximum delivery radius?

For partners with more than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 15 km. For partners with less than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 10 km.

Do you have the ability to integrate with our website?

Yes. With Lyve Pay, your business will be able to accept online, electronic and cash payments.

Do you have API plugins available for Shopify, Magento, and Woo Commerce?

At the moment, there are no ready-made plugins available. The integration process will have to be done on a case by case basis.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) services?

Yes. With Lyve Pay, your business will be able to accept online, electronic and cash payments.

Do you support all Emirates?

Our dedicated service covers all Emirates. Our on-demand services covers Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

What is the size of your available fleet?

Lyve has a fleet of 3000 riders, and counting.

What is the maximum delivery radius?

For partners with more than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 15 km. For partners with less than 3,000 orders per month, the delivery radius is up to 10 km.
